With over 30 years of experience as a software engineer and engineering manager — from code to the C-suite — and more than 15 years in roles as an Agile Coach and Senior Scrum Master, I bring deep engineering expertise to transformation initiatives. My strength lies in complex product and system landscapes, where architecture, product development, and leadership must work together.
I support organizations where agile initiatives often stall: due to a lack of technical substance, missing self-organization, or ritualized agile practices. My focus is on technical quality, true team ownership, and sustainable collaboration — not on rigid frameworks or empty rituals.
